The UAE-based head of International Group at United Bank Limited (UBL) has been elevated as the global president of one of Pakistan’s largest banks.
Chairman of UBL Sir Mohammed Anwar Pervez, OBE, who made the announcement on behalf of the board of directors, said: “We are delighted to appoint Wajahat Husain as the new president and CEO of UBL.
